Welcome to Markham Village
Markham Village is a large residential area in Markham, Ontario, that is sandwiched between Old Markham Village (Main Street area) to the east and trendy Cornell to the west. Originally settled in 1825 the village, originally named Reesorville, was founded by Mennonites from Upstate New York and Pennsylvania.
This is a great neighbourhood to live in. The streets are lined with mature trees and it has some popular places like the Markham Tennis Club. There are also lots of great parks to play baseball and soccer, like Reesor and Mint Leaf Parks.
If you'd like to learn more about this area, we'd be happy to show you around. Send us an email or call our direct line at (905) 472-7155 and we'll be in touch quickly! (We know of a great cafe in the area and the coffee is on us!)
